Earlier today, it rained bits of ice again! What is happening? Is it the end of the world? It's summer! No ice allowed! Just kiddin'

This happened around 2:00-3:00pm in the afternoon. We thought it was just nothing but a normal rainy day on a summer. But... little do we know that it is not. It rained ice all over the neighborhood!
